Reminder: the SELKET BENEFIT is this coming Saturday! Cat supporters of all stripes in the SF Bay Area, swivel your ears! Some of you may know that my Jungle hybrid cat, Selket, scratched her way through a window screen, jumped 4.5 stories (not the problem) was hit by a car (the problem) and incurred over 6K in vet bills following extensive surgery on her leg. To finance the CATastrophe I'm putting a catabulous show together with bands, firedancers, burlesque, etc. at the Sunshine Biscuit Factory. I'll be singing and performing in a couple of the acts.
The SELKET BENEFIT is on March 24th in Oakland, CA. Go to the website listed above for all the de-tails! A me0w of advice: don't attempt to find the place unguided- that's what the "breadcrumbs" url in the e-flier is for.

How did the benefit go??? Any photo's of the Festivities??? One of these days I'm going to make it to SF, if even just to catch one of your shows

I enjoyed the benefit it was nice to see Nicole again and Stephy, though I don't think Stephy remembers who I am. Amy and I stayed about half way through the D.I.E. (loved the outfit, BTW) since she was falling asleep. Since the Opera started up again, she's usually in bed by 10, so she has a little trouble staying up after.

I wanted to kick myself though. I forgot to bring the framed prints I had of you and Selket in the cage. I'll bring them to you on Tuesday at the auditions. If need be, I can take you home afterwards.
