Sorry I haven't been too active lately. I've been going back and forth between my parents' and life_returns's houses and I haven't had decent internet for a while.
This weekend the boy and I went to LA to hang out. It was extra fun. We stayed with our friend Jessica who has a gorgeous house up in Culver City. She was my housemate this year so it was nice to hang out again, especially in her town.
Saturday night we went to see Voltaire dance and I got the best lapdance ever from her. She is seriously awesome. We missed out on having breakfast with her but hopefully we'll hang out again one day soon.
We got lost downtown and jesus, it was depressing. Downtown LA in the middle of the night is like the seventh circle of hell- we saw some dude dying in a tunnel, people getting shoved around by the cops, all this misery and poverty going on at the bases of huge skyscrapers where people make millions of dollars.
Sunday we tried really hard to see Fahrenheit 9/11 but it was sold out everywhere. I bought a pleather Motorhead miniskirt and two pairs of kickass heels at Frederick's. One pair is platform stillettos, your basic black slut shoe, and the other is these cute peekaboo toe stillettos with little bows. I heart them.
Monday we went to Magic Mountain and it was super fun. I'm terrified of heights and all the rollercoasters are really, really high there- scary!! Life_returns knows the park like the back of his hand so we didn't waste any time.
Ah, Los Angeles.
