I am eating Chinese food (not with my fucking friends unforch) and zoning so I guess this would be a good time to finally say more about Portland.
My friend Ann and I got to PDX and to jane_tee's house, and pretty much immediately started drinking. This trend continued throughout our stay. Yet somehow neither of us had a single hangover for the whole week.
We went to the Matador (nachos), some small pub by Jane's house (nachos), Fez Ballroom, Galaxy (Chinese nachos), Acropolis (steak bites), Hungry Tiger, Red Fox (gumbo dog), My Father's Place, a couple different McMenamin's (hummus), and a bar on Hawthorne the name of which escapes me (french nachos AKA fondue).
We met some pretty rad people and hung out with them. I met Ann's friend Dan, who she knows from the east bay, and he was SO FUCKING GREAT. Hilarious. We also went to the tittie bar with Hopey, Atomicant, Schmelectra, Mr_Satan, Unravled, SupremePizzaMan, and a couple other members whose names I was too drunk to remember. Oh Jane and her duder went as well. It was really really fun. The DJ LOVED Hopey and Ann, and kept playing their requests regardless of what the stripper had asked for. Saw girls dance to Slayer and NWA's Boys in tha Hood (favorite NWA song).
The next day we all had brunch at Sapphire Hotel, or Sapphire Roadhouse as we re-dubbed it. It was really tasty and they had excellent drinks. A++ would eat again.
Okay now I have to go see some dancing, but that was basically the gist of the awesomeness that was Portland. Go there and hang out with people if you can.

Also, I liked In Bruges. However, it doesn't take much for me to be too tired and/or distracted for any movie, so I fully relate.
