so i live next to this scottish rite center. scottish rite is the shriner version of freemasons. sometimes there are shriners outside and that makes me happy because they wear silly outfits. but more often there are people in the parking lot either playing shitty music really loud or honking for no reason. now granted in a city like oakland automotive assholery is to be expected anytime, anyplace, but what exactly draws these people to the shriners' parking lot?
