Little black kitty totally made my day today.
I was leaving to go to Target, and walking through my apt. complex on the way to the parking lot. Little black kitty was sitting on the grass with her friend, a new black kitty (but with longer hair. For future reference I call him "O.B." for Other BlackKitty)) that's still very skittish and runs...

Awww, how cute is that? I love that.
Ok, I've never read it but only quotes ...
The cat yawned slowly, carefully, revealing a mouth and tongue of astounding pinkness. "Cats don't have names," it said.
"No?" said Coraline.
"No," said the cat. "Now, you people have names. That's because you don't know who you are. We know who we are, so we don't need names."
Neil Gaiman

That Icy/Hot story was the best thing since HollaScott told me he did the same thing after cooking with hot peppers. I love the stories I get from the boys on my friends list.
Happy D-Day everybody.
61 Years ago today thousands of American, British and Canadian troops stormed one of the most heavily fortified positions in history to put the first nail in Hitler's coffin. We all owe a lot to those brave folks, their numbers are dwindling fast, so never pass up a chance to thank a veteran and shake his hand whenever you get a chance....

I know. It's sad. Here's something to make you smile.
Well it made me smile and no it has nothing to do with cows or beastly dogs.
It's Star Wars related ... it should make you smile ..... or wince at least.

Have you heard about the problem they've been having all over CA? Seems the pit bull is losing appeal as guardians. With attacks on the rise, they are discussing enacting a law making people post warning signs. I'd be careful if I were you, especially on those two raspberry days ... you know you are going to pay for it one way or another.

Well yeah ... I didn't mention it for nuthin' ...
I don't feel much like writing now, come to think of it. So I'm not gonna.

Let me get this straight. "(slowly) working." I mean, I believe you but parenthesis?? Dude, it's an adverb. Let it just be an adverb.
That was a funny story and a great story for her first time. I have no story like that at all. Oh yes, mine *was* much like that actually ... Yeah, I remember, that nervous vomiting feeling.
No, wait, that wasn't anything like her story ... damn.

No booze tonight. No anything tonight, gotta take it easy. Went with my sister to her church to give blood. I have a rare blood type (B-) something like .5% of the American population has it, so the blood drives jump up and down when they get a needle in me. Damn needles are the size of a toothpick, but on the cool side, I...

That is really awesome. There is a Red Cross literally a block down the street from me so I'm thinking about applying to be a volunteer.

In a really weird way, I'm glad if my dog had to die she died on Saturday before these terrible roofers started up. My nerves are shot to hell from all their racket.
Although if she hadn't been hit by a car, I would have spent the day at the park with her instead of inside missing her.

What are the last 3 movies you saw / rented?
What are the last 3 CDs you bought / copied from a friend? Do you believe in Bigfoot?
Full screen or widescreen (letterbox)?
American League or National League, and who's your team?
When and where were the last time you had stitches, if ever?
What do you call your grandparents?
What was the last live...

Yeah, dreams are the best. Lucid dreaming and dream control .. I love that. I just don't to it well.
So tell me you know about Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are dead! Because this is killing me. Ok, from Delirium and Dream, in SANDMAN #43: What's the name of the word for the precise moment when you realize that you've actually forgotten how it felt to make love to somebody you really liked a long time ago."
"There isn't one."
"Oh. I thought maybe there was."
There was something in R&G that was like that. Rosencrantz was trying to remember how they got the message to go to Hamlet. He said he forgot but there was a word about remembering you forgot. And maybe that was from When Harry Met Sally. Crap, my movies and books are running together.
Yes, in fact, I am this weird. I must go sleep now. It's 2:15 here and where you are (Antarctica), it's barely today, it was yesterday for you minutes ago.
I'm kinda funny too.
Well I think so, though you may just consider it incoherent.
so goodnite

Crap, I meant to say about teaching kids stuff .. my cousin has three kids (ok, my second cousins) so anyway, Bret (12) and I were at the dinner table discussing "words" we like to say. Ones that roll so well off the tongue. We debated oriface and sphincter, their meanings, locations etc.
and then they wouldn't let us talk anymore. they said to stop it. parents suck.

I finally got my car re-registered! It expired in may of '04. So I've been driving around for 11 months with expired tags. I would have done it online, but I needed to get it smogged too. SO I finally did all this yesterday, and now have a brand new 2006 red sticker on my rear plate. I never had a yellow 05 one, I...

So because of your great post about your Grandfather, I had to check the page. I read through some journals and WHAT? No London Above or Below. But, but what about Door? Crap.
The pigeon picture should have horrified me. I am an animal person after all. I read what you wrote and I thought it was funny. But it can't be. It's not right. Yet, all I could think was, Death's a capricious thing, innit? Well, he got what everyone else gets ...
Oh, and I don't think you are a procrastinating lazy bastard. No, you are utterly the stupidest, most self-centered, appallingest excuse for an anthropomorphic personification in this or any other plane! (that was not recall, had to look that up) Um, yeah, I like Gaiman a little.
Hope it's all good in .... in Antarctica.
