I'm going with Shannon to her appointment/meeting this afternoon. Hopefully I'll learn some skills of how to help other that monitoring her like a hawk.
Then tomorrow morning we leave for OC to see Flogging Molly and The Vandals play in Costa Mesa. Should be a low stress weekend, and I get to see my sister's kids. That always cheers me up. Them too...
