Aagh! I just talked to her again. I'm going nuts over this. I KNOW I need to just be a supportive friend, or cut all ties. But I'm so afraid that I'm going to have to do the latter that I'm holding on for dear life. If I stay as the friend, I have to silence the actual supportive friends thoughts of "you could do so much better", as it will SOUND like "you could do better... WINK WINK". SO basically I'm screwed. It's totally messing with ability to talk to other girls. Girls who actually LIKE me. Why do guys throw away a sure thing for a no-chance risky maybe? This should be a clue... she called me this morning to tell me about a sex dream she had about me last night. That's just fucked up. I need to bite the bullet and take the good advice EVERYONE has been giving me, as I already know you're all correct.... but if you ever heard her laugh, or saw the way her nose crinkles when she thinks I'm nuts for giving her a compliment, or heard her talk about her family... FUCK! This is just too hard.

dude, if she did that, you need to totally talk to her about her feelings for you. You don't tell someone about a sex dream unless:

a) you like them and want them to know it or
b) you know somebody likes you and you want to see them squirm.

Yeah, I know you're right. If you had a sex dream about a friend, one you weren't into, would you tell them? Probably not... But what if it's (B)? I can't see her wanting to screw with me intentionally... but then again, I'm absolutely cluless as to the intentions of women anymore. My other friends are taking me out this weekend to try to get me "out there". I just keep thinking about HER at the most inappropriate times. Like when someone else is trying to flirt with me so I'm oblivious. My friends have to point it out on the drive home what what girls were trying to do... Makes me feel like a 'tard.
