updates and more things i babble about:
i'm currently making a buffalo chicken pizza and burned the crap out of my fingers. *ouch* all i can say is it better taste amazing. grr.
i have pictures of it that i uploaded from my phone but they haven't shown up yet. crap.

today is Nick's little sister's birthday so we're going out tomorrow to buy her some presents for when we see her on Sunday. i think she's just the best. we get along well and as funny as it is we seem awfully alike. probably why Nick likes me so much, i am certain i remind him of his little sister here and there. *cute*
speaking of Nick, in a smattering of weeks we will have been together for a year. we're already living together which was a bit too fast for my taste but certain circumstances didn't leave us much choice. so far, so good.
my work is shutting down for renovations in 9 days, which most likely means i'll be out of a job. this sucks. they're trying to get me hours at our other store in Center City, but as of today i've heard little about these prospects.
i really can't afford to be out of work for any amount of time and the job market is pretty spotty here. i'm crossing my fingers things will turn out well.
all in all, things are okay. i dare say even a little better than that. i just don't want to seem cocky.
