i must say, the universe has an odd and terrible way of rearing it's ugly little head from time to time. that or it has an awful sense of humor, or timing.

trying to find a new apartment, got my hours cut as did the boy a few hours *after* we put in our application for the lovely place we happened upon. now we're waiting for the credit check to go through while biting our fingers down to the bone trying to figure out how, if we are approved, we'll pay for the large deposit. damn it.
i suppose i need to find a second source of income, not that that will help at this very moment but it might be a good plan in the long wrong. all in all i have to be out of my place by the end of the month with or without a new place to live.
i'm hoping it all works out and that nothing else goes awry.
