i would just like to say that i have now met all of my top 5 girls. yes, i am proud. especially since they span the entire country and only one of them lives where i live. yay.
this weekend was dedicated to my love of the jews. i celebrated this by spending time in the lower east side and eating at katz's deli, site of meg ryan's fake orgasm. we had matzo ball soup and latkes and cream soda, but chose not to ship a salami home. you have to have a ticket to leave that place and if you lose your ticket, it's automatically $50. just to exit. also, there is no straightforward line to the food, so it was somewhat overwhelming. i need direction. i need boundaries.
here are some things i like: city grids, jfk the president (and maybe the airport), new beverages, tempur-pedic swedish sleep systems, ben stiller and nutella
