my dad woke me up at 4 am this morning, whereupon i discovered that one of my contacts had disappeared during the night. since i can't drive and don't even have my car available, he told me he would pick a set up at my mom's (5 minutes away).
FIFTEEN HOURS LATER, i got my contact.
that was hell. if i opened my eyes i had the worst headache ever, so i layed down with my eyes closed all day. i'm lucky in that i don't usually have headaches, but that was truly the worst i have ever had. i hate being helpless. i'm going to get moving tomorrow.

Dean Koontz is more suspense/supernatural events than horror. Though I have read a few that could be considered that. Those books are more mystery/suspense, there really isn't any horror to them at all. Hope that you like them if you get the chance to read them.
