01. my second book for january was blink, which we thought was fascinating, due in no small part to its discussion of the pepsi challenge.
02. i keep hesitating to write this because i'm afraid that if i do, the great blizzard of '06 will arrive. but here goes: winter has yet to arrive. i mean, really. it's snowed three times and all melted away the next day. it's almost always in the 40s and was 63 last weekend and will be 50 this weekend. i came to new york with a long, fluffy down-filled coat, but i can't wear it unless it's under 35. what gives? i mean, every year i hope winter won't arrive but i never thought it would actually happen.
03. i am the 5th hottest person on the internet. this is a documented fact.
04. my favorite thing in life right now is still the sopranos marathon. right now we are at the point where paulie walnuts was sniffing adrianas unmentionables and carmella started seeing a shrink on her own. fyi, my least favorite part of the series is when dr melfi is talking to her psychiatrist.
05. let me know if you have a paying job for me in new york. please and thank you.
