People are protesting the war all over the country. I hope it makes them feel better about themselves because that's all protests are good for. Bush is not listening. America has a long history of ignoring opinions of dissent. Go ahead and protest. Go ahead and have intellectual discussions about the morality of war. Go ahead and write stupid tirades like this.

Because it doesn't matter.

We're the ones paying for this war. We're the ones killing children. We're the ones who bend over every time Bush snaps his fingers. Every single one of us supports this war, whether we choose to acknowledge it or not.

So go ahead and have die-ins and pretend you're not just as much a part of the problem as anyone else. I hope it helps you sleep at night.
