That Chuck Palah-whateverhisnameis just released a new book, I think. I've never read anything of his. I dunno, I'm weary of anything that is popular within my demographic. Which is stupid, really. For all I know he's a fine novelist. Maybe I should give the fella a chance. Anyone care to recommend a Chuckie P book to me? If it matters, I saw the Fight Club movie so I don't know if that would spoil the Fight Club book.
Actually, I could go for some book recommendations all around. My tastes run from the classics to sci-fi nerd books (though I've read all the Star Wars books - so don't bother) to cop/crime grocery store novels and even to the new hot young things of the literary world.
So please please please, recommend away!!
NBA regular season will be starting soon. My mantra for the coming season is the same one I've used the past four years - I don't care who wins it all, just so long as it isn't the Lakers.
