So here goes nothing.
I've been on the site for nearly a year now and I lurked. I'll be honest I pretty much just looked every so often and wasn't active. I've been really trying to change that and become an active member who votes, comments, and generally socializes with people. I've noticed that so many people follow blogs and start to sort of follow these people's lives. Sooooooo
I'm gonna take this post to just write about myself a little bit. The profile questions can only cover so much and I love that the Girls (and guys) are so open and friendly here.
I love it. Most people are turned away by my tattoo or music or clothing choices. It really starts to bother a person after a while. I love the community here so I really want to make some friends that I can talk to and know they have the same interests.
anyways.
So I'm an Animation student living in Chicago. ( the actual city not a suburb haha). I have 2 tattoos right now. My Alice tattoo (working on the sleeve)and a small celtic symbol on my feet (representing my pagan religious belief's
w). Most people even though they only see the Alice tattoo still freak. I'm not some monster that is going to eat your children. I'm barely 5'9 with my shoes on... I'm not exactly threatening and I wouldn't hurt as fly. 
Thats other people's problems though. I'm happy and that's all that matters. I'd love to live in a time where piercings and tattoos are maybe not common but accepted by the majority. Oh well. At least I can scare away people when I'm old. I'll sit on the porch and tell everyone about my "satanic" tattoos and how if they get them its accepting the devil into them.
Well thats my little blog for the day. It's not exciting I know. I also know most people probably won't even read this or let alone see it but it helps me. Typing this out helps me put how I feel into words and even if I'm the only one to see it... Thats ok.
