Im not greedy ,I do my job because I am interested in people and their well being. But I also work my ass off to the point I am exhausted and miss out on any social life. That's why when I get a night off I have fun......
I do beileve if you work hard enough somebody will notice and in my case it has. (hopefully just need a meeting and a little training)
In my role people do come to me I'm already pretty important so to go higher for me personally is soooooooo thrilling. One step further to reaching my goals if I get this qualification under my belt. One day I will either be the overall management and follow in my father's footsteps and be bossing a hospital. Dream big x

This is the kind of enthusiasm and drive that is missing from todays young people, for whatever dreams and goals we as individuals have are quite quickly quashed by the state the world is in today. For hard working people we are lead to believe that we should be happy to just be in work, paying over the odds in rent, increase in travel costs and stagnated wages. Will I ever own my own home? Or Will I continue to pay rent to an already rich landlord that owns about 10 other properties.Don't ever lose sight of your goals, don't give up and they beat you down get up and smash them in the face!
