...off to the state fair. There will be pig races, goat petting pens, a demolition derby, people with crappy-looking India ink tattoos & missing their teeth, funnel cakes, & cotton candy. Details of my Redneck weekend to follow....

Sorry, I'm a complete sugar-junkie; in my opinion, the presence of cotton candy (or as we call it on this side of the pond, 'candy-floss') alone would make up for all the other redneck activities... biggrin oink

I was there--I always love it except for the animals. The "world's biggest horse" exhibit, FYI, is a heavily drugged draft horse with an untreated hoof condition--I had to call the SPCA. People suck sometimes frown
