my sister worked the summer break in sonoma, CA at her boyfriend's family vineyard (thank God), and sent me a sixer of nice vino.
the cabernet savignon got it tonight. soul survivors being a zin and a port. the port is sitting on the shelf for that special occassion.
later twenties and it is crazy how time is flying. old people were right and the younger got the market cornered. yesterday, and four years ago, i was in a budding secret romance that got flushed for good when i moved south from PA. bitter, i moved. now my family, my life-blood, is six hundo away. bites.
