so, january 8 2016 will be my 40th birthday. the goal that i have set for my set is to be in the best shape of my life when i turn. my workouts thus far have been periodic at best, but i am hoping to kick it up a notch in the coming weeks.

I can't imagine that anyone would NOT be kind - well, at least they better not. Anyway. You look really good already so I imagine you'll start to see the results you want in a relatively short time! Are you doing any sort of workout regimen in particular? I've been so unmotivated with it lately, ack.
