i have an odd feeling that the holidays are going to smack me around like a red headed step child. how much shopping have i done? none. i head north to pennsyltucky in a little over a week.
then it is ping ponging around the state for a week. i am sure that on more than one occassion embibe enough to render me intoxicated (ie. shit-faced, slobber-knockered, tanked, atrilliated, pissed). and that will just be teh family time!
then i come back to the CLT just in time for NYE. seven days after that i hit the big THREE-OH FUCK I AM GETTING OLD. the weekend after that, i am looking forward to flip flapping some flapjacks with some of the SGNC. after that, i check into detox until st. patty checks me out.
today i got some interesting news that the very old guy that hired me to my current company five years ago might be looking for help with another company. its actually the engineering firm that we were working with on the jobsite i was hired. '06 would start out just honky dorry if i had a new gig. not going to get my hopes up, but my definitely think on it. delusions of grandeur abound!
