I went back to my hometown this weekend... people's lives are falling apart, they are losing all passion for their art. It's repulsive. The world is so beautiful and yet so fucking putrid, I am not sad though, I understand that people have to grow up and all that... It just makes me sad to see my friends turning into nothing but drones... worker bees. I have written some great songs and got some great CD's lately. I am very pleased with my recent and the fella I am playing with, though not the greatest guitarist can sing like a fucking champion, our voices go REALLY well together and he is sooo passionate... life is good and miserable at the same time, why can't everyone be an artist and things like manufacturing and shitty jobs be done by robots, or just naturally occur?
