Tonight myself and some friends began discussing religion. More specifically, the need by so many so called religious folk to pass laws to try and prevent people from behaving in a way they don't approve of, i.e. abortion or homosexuality.
Somehow we got onto the topic of music censorship. Judas Priest came up and I recalled the big to do about two kids in Reno, Nevada attempting suicide while listening to the Priest record "Stained Class".
So we put on the record in question while we continued our discussion. We all agreed the album was pretty hot. Not once did any of us feel like blowing our brains out, unlike watching the 700 Club or the like. If it comes down to a choice between Rob Halford or Pat Bucannon, I' ll choose Halford everytime!
