i write this as i should be getting ready for class. i have to leave the house and pick up a friend in 16 minutes.
beginning next week i will be busy and miserable, thanks to school, for the rest of the term. i have to complete (by may 12):
- 12 page paper on chinese foreign policy
- a presentation on international crime in east asia.
- 10 pager on some aspect of buddhism. fuck.
- a rewritten scene from a movie. am i not too old for this?
- 8 page paper analyzing a film sequence.
- 5 pager on an environmental problem and possible solutions from an economic perspective.
- 2 short (3 page?) papers defending policy decisions/changes dealing with public health. also economically focused.
- various small assignments including, but not limited to, weekly statistics hw, daily film quizzes, formal leadership for class discussion at least once, and 6 finals.
