i am suddenly very drowsy.
we went to nyc on friday. just for a day. took the chinatown bus, slept in historic harlem, and partied in williamsburg and the financial district (i know, i know).
today i did a study session. sort of. it had barely started than i suggested that we go get dim sum. i was hungry. the japanese girl insisted that we do some work first. i agreed. we carpooled.
lunch was delicious, with a friend meeting 3 of us there later. ran into other mason people, some i had not met. the third of us, this little kid in our class, has this cute schoolboy crush on the japanese girl. it made lunch entertaining as she (obliviously, of course) drove him crazy. he was scared of many of the foods, and we were ruthless about shoving new and alien things into his face. i think he enjoyed it, though.

i think i should take a 15 minute nap to blackalicious while sitting on my swivelchair in front of the computer. then i need to get back to studying.
