id feel like a total bastard, like i was playing a game straight out of Closer if it felt at all like she wasnt as mildly entertained as i am.
im going to italy this summer, which is sort of a surprise and 20% bummer because its right in the middle of some summer classes that i wanted to get out of the way. i taking forever to graduate... if anything dre and i wanted to do the transmongolian down through beijing, then shanghai, hong kong, tokyo and home. because i miraculously found a way for us to do it with less than 3000 clams. but that opportunity will without a doubt pass almost immediately and clashes anyway with family obligations.
plus, worth it or not, 3000 is 3000 that i dont have at the moment.
ive been reading all the shahs men. pretty good. straightforward history of iran, going back from a brief overview of ancient history all the way through the american supported coup and the resulting theocracy. now, im the first to admit that the whole coup idea probably wasnt a good one in the long term. but jeez wouldnt it be awesome to do that for a living? play international politics like chess. just wait.
