why is it when I have to go people on SG go on a posting rampage and I miss all the fun. Tis not fair. I had to go with my father for a few days to New Hampshire for a a famially therapeducdic thigie which really wasnt' bad. we got a llot of stuff out. But I hate missing out on all you guys' posts. So do me a favor if you all don't mind write me some emails let me know whats going on in your lifes. I love getting comments or emails and seeing whats up in peoples lifes. It's really cool to see how we're all connected as a group.

I personallyt have had some real revelations about my depression and am really going to start trying to take life by the horns. At least thats the goal. I've realized that I have allot of unfuilled potential and that I'm a nce guy and allot of people do really lifke me even though I doni't like myself sometimes. I just have to stay postivtie and remeber all the thngs that they showed me in the hosipital and remeber there are allot worse people off.
