OH does that scare you that I'm republican (R) that I"m not some nutjob left wing liberaliast that thinks Bush is satan himself. I"ve grown tired of reading in the current event boards all this negative press that the Repulican party gets on everything from the smallest thread it can start and then it just groes exponencially. Granted someone probally smarter than me should be doing this but since I don't see it happening I'm here to stand up for my party, My President, and My Country.
The War(s)
I am so sick and tired of the lefties saying that all we went over there for was oil. Yea show me one tanker truck that has come out of Iraq full of oil and has been shipped to the US. Answer none. Thats nots whats going on and if you were in the millitary you would realize that. Now I didn't go over to Iraq but I did server with a few guys who did. The point of the mission is to rebuild, shcool, hospitals, water supplies, basic needs a government that can run on its own. A millitary that can run on its own. Yes I see the ironry of destoying it first then rebuilding but thats what war does it destroies things.....we didn't just bomb them to holly hell and say see ya. Last count I heard there were about 2,400 dead soilders, marines, air, naymen, that died trying to rebuild Iraq. But you have to understand its a hard battle.
The enemy isnt weraring uniforms...they use kids, you don't know who or what to trust. My frined got a birthday cake for his sun from some local Iraqi people and he told me he was scared to eat it in case it ws laced with poision. That's the kind of fear our soilders go through over there. There using guerilla tactics that haven't been used since the vietnam War for cryin out loud and most of those generals have passed on. The new PC millitary dosen't know how to combat this kinda of terror.

Lets just start at the top and work our way down the list.
The President. He's mocked, riduculed, and sometimes at face value Mr. Bush seems a little stupid. But when it comes down to it hes made some really tough decisions. Do you all remeber 9/11? Mr. Bush had to make some pretty hard decsions and take quick action when he thought it was just going to be a normal day. His presidential addresses to the nation in our time of need were allegedy good (cant say for sure I was in boot camp at the time) and I know that he handles himself well in state of the unions. Also he seems to be progressig in foreign policy as well.
Sure you can make the argurment that we shouldn't even be in Iraq that he lied but since then he has apoligized for that.( My question is why weren't more people fromn the CIA fired) and also we liberated a nation under a tyrannt we gave them a first free election in over 200 years.
