I am trying to get rid of this annoying ringing in my ears. I have no idea how i got it, all i was doing was a help a buddy move yesterday. I wake up this morning and i have this love humming sounds in my ear AHHHHHHHHHHHH. Noise only seems to make it worse.. I can't even hear myself think.

go to the ear specialist. you may have tenitis. trust me when i tell you it is not fun. i have a constant ringing in my ears, and it gets worse when i am around certain frequencies or pitches. I.E. metal pipe on floor = can't hear for hours!
