Greetings to all,
I am a pretty good mood today. I have reached a goal weight and now need a new one of 190. I stepped on the scale this morning and weighed in at 199.2 So, let us choose a new goal to reach instead of just being complacent and happy where we are. Life is too short to stay still and not go as far as you can. I have some music I hope all of you like because this has been on repeat in my mind.
