Weekly cheat day blogs?

So, I just had my cheat day again last night. It looks like it's going to be every Thursday this is going to happen. Sometimes I hope that I could just live without having to eat dirty once in a while. Eat clean and train hard. That was my motto for this year. This time it was the best Chinese food I could have found. Blah...

The highlight to my day was something I have never had happen before. I go to a place after a my work outs called Emerald City Smoothie. It's a smoothie bar with actually quality shakes full of supplements. Surprisingly enough they taste very good. I have been going there for a couple of months. On and off when ever I want to give myself a reward for working out. I've made friends with most of the people that work there. In particular the manager. A very beautiful women who I seem to have built a friendship with. Out of nowhere today she asks me for my number and invites me to her birthday party. Which is great! I know that she probably doesn't think of me that way and this was probably a harmless invitation but.... Let me have my little, if not delusional, victories! Anyway... I'm down to 213. I haven't been losing a lot like before but I just need to keep reminding myself. It's not 300+ like it used to be.

Don't worry too much about cheat days with the progress you've made 87lbs is good hard work.  So once and a while won't slow you down too much. I'm down 40 myself from 265 to 225 in nearly a year so  keep up your hard work.
