Hello

all, not been around much sorry to everyone that I look in on.

Today Aikido was great, a sort class, but it's great to be training with Mr Brown (our local 5th dan), again after such a long time not being able to attend any of his class's.

On a Sad note my friends N & G have split up... I help N move out today, very somber. It's hard to be happy when every one is trying not to cry.


Well have fun. god Knows I am trying.
