I'm doing ok now. I basically went back on medication because without it I have constant anxiety and wouldn't be able to sleep without taking pills. It amazes me how one pill a day can make such a huge difference. Ideally I wouldn't need them but for now I'll go with it.

I'm not in the recordist group anymore. There didn't seem to be much happening in there so I left. Also I don't do a lot of actual recording lately. Most of what I do is with the program reason because I'm doing stuff on my own at the moment. Maybe my leaving was a little hasty ... I'm still very interested in the art of recording (using mics)

Thanks for your comment. It doesn't bother me having people I don't know leaving comments ... it's good to know that it's not just people on my friends list reading about my crazy little life.
