I have decided to quit smoking. My method is whenever I feel like smoking, I eat. Should not take me too long to weigh 300 pounds considering I just ate an entire box of oreos.

Make big mistake last night. Got back to the band studio at 11:30 and decided to go relax and grab a couple capn and cokes. Next thing I know, I am closing the bar down and I am hammered. I am going to play like shit unless I take a nap. Unfortunately i have a hard time sleeping during the day.

Hero worship? I had a weird dream about hanging out with Dave Grohl. He had some little store front drum shop/drum school and I went there and we ended up cruising the mall for girls.. I consider Dave a great drummer and i am impressed with both his overall talent and work ethic but I never have considered myself starstruck about anyone. Kinda weird.
