Tonight was the biggest show I have ever been a part of. I have played to bigger crowds but not any where near the intensity of this crowd. Out of 5 bands we had the biggest crowd and the only band who got cheered to come back on for an encore. This helped me remember why I work so hard.......g'nite
Morning Update Playing shows is a fleeting moment and then you wake up with a headache. Bleh...too many beers.
Another note...5 bands, we played 3rd. We are the old guys since we are all 30-34.. There is a young band there that apparently think they are the shit. They are playing after us. This club has a large backstage area with a couple of rooms for dressing and staging.. These young punks take over the back like they are superstars....It must of killed them when the place empties after our set....
