Is it just me or has TV really gone to gross out mode. I mean every show I watch has someones guts open for viewing. Now I may look like just some run of the mill washed up musician but I have a cultured side as well. Isnt it better storytelling if you imply stuff instead of having to show it. Alfred Hitchcock did it why can't these writers/directors. (okay, so you figured out I am a wuss, big fucking deal)
Speaking of cultured, I bet you didn't know I was a fine red wine collector did you? Now don't get me wrong I still drink it like a rockstar (IE no swirling or smelling or any of that bullshit), but I have a wine cellar and no wine under 10 years old gets opened at my house. Unless of course it's for people who don't appreciate wine then it's 3 buck chuck for you.
Have I insulted anyone yet? well let's keep trying till I get it right.
I also hate what MTV did to music. I mean there are a lot of pretty bands and solo artists who have no right to be playing music..
TV also ruined politics. Our best presidents of the past would never make it today based solely on not looking the part. (although only god knows why GWB got elected).
So 3 rants out of 4 have to do with TV. Now explain to me why I own so many of the goddamn things.....Don't you even think about Taking my XBOX TV away!!!!!

MTV isn't even about music anymore. Hell, MTV 2 doesn't even play music half the time. I like Viva La Bam as much as the next girl, but it seems to take up half of their air time.
Well, I guess it is just a case of survival of the fitest. The kids watch Jackass and unintentionally commit suicide, something like pouring chlorine in the gene pool. I'm sure I told you that my son drove his van off a cliff once (on purpose -- and I blame Jackass), but I think I neglected to tell the story about stalker school (I blame Crank Yankers).
After saying all of that ... I feel like I need to slap another co-worker. Has it been an hour yet?
