Life is strange. Last time I was in a band that had success, my personal life fell apart to the point that I had to quit the band to glue everything back together. I took quite a bit of time off.
Now as I am on the verge of a breakout, the fucking walls of my personal life are starting to rumble and shake. It's actually kind of funny. So far........

So is your 'high-maintenance friend' thing part of the 'rockstar' thing or not? I like intelligent, informed and funny individuals and do like to drop messages when I have something worthwhile to say, BUT I'm not a groupie type and neither am I interested in people who whine because I'm not paying enough attention to them. I once worked as a pro Dominatrix so Ive had my fill of that! So if thats what your looking for in a friend here as well, Im sure we can get along just fine.

If you got a girlfriend you really love then leave the band and become a worker. Now if you got nobody that absolutely relies on you drop them like hot tamales and run with it.
