wow. it kills me to change my journal after the last one but alsa its poetry day and i must save your souls! awaken and realize the goddness that is red hot and chili.

i woke up at 4 am feeling very monkish yesterday and today, it comes and goes. i like it when it comes. it was awesome outside at 4:45 when i left for the gym. warm and VERY foggy. fucking mystical and gothic and lovely, like being cradled by the spirits...indeed.

so anyway thats all i have to say so i will leave it to the bard -
