Ahh, sleep patterns affect dreams as well. If you are having trouble sleeping, waking up earlier than usual, sleeping but not getting rest during sleep, stressed out over something, ect. I am no dream expert, but i suffer night terrors and cronic nightmares (recurring) and the doctors at the sleep lab simply told me that sometimes when you have a totally bizarre dream, its just your brain blowing off steam in a creative way, that it really doesnt mean anything. They also said that if you worry about it that it just adds to your stress, causing more bizarre dreams. Try getting a two hour back massage with aroma thereapy oils and a restful sleep.

When I nightmares as a munchin, my mom always told be one can switch dreams like changing channels on a TV... If somethings freaking you out, find something else you'd like. That intro to lucid dreaming has worked well since...plus, there's nothing so fun as being in your own road runner cartoon!
