yes, i do have moments when my dreams are lucid. last night i had an icky one, anyone got any ideas as to what this might be trying to tell me - my sister turned into a big huge wasp like creature. like really big, as big as a pick up truck and she was flying around grabbing us and was very aggressive and inside her bug legs it was all sticky and she had stingers. i get along with my sister fine so its nothing like that. i dunno?

Ahh, sleep patterns affect dreams as well. If you are having trouble sleeping, waking up earlier than usual, sleeping but not getting rest during sleep, stressed out over something, ect. I am no dream expert, but i suffer night terrors and cronic nightmares (recurring) and the doctors at the sleep lab simply told me that sometimes when you have a totally bizarre dream, its just your brain blowing off steam in a creative way, that it really doesnt mean anything. They also said that if you worry about it that it just adds to your stress, causing more bizarre dreams. Try getting a two hour back massage with aroma thereapy oils and a restful sleep.

When I nightmares as a munchin, my mom always told be one can switch dreams like changing channels on a TV... If somethings freaking you out, find something else you'd like. That intro to lucid dreaming has worked well since...plus, there's nothing so fun as being in your own road runner cartoon! biggrin
