Hmmm....took the day off, got a good deli sandwich, bought a half dozen fine cigars (Cohiba, Punch, Romeo y Juliet, Partaga, and a couple Padrons), and there's one hell of a fine storm rolling in. Even got the sliding glass door open to let in the thunder and the sound of the rain.
The cheaper Padron is OK, but it's small and burns a little too hot for my taste. Also, it's kind of dry, but almost all the cigars you get at a shop are kind of dry - that's why I buy so many at Latin Gold - they're all fresh. I need to get a humidor. If my buddy finishes his meal soon enough, I'll have him take me to Latin Gold so I can spend more money I don't have.
