Well, my life just got a whole lot easier.

I was renting this one mobile home for $650 a month, but that was just because the tenants were so eager to move in that they didn't haggle over the price. Now that they are out it's been sitting for months and I've went from 650 to 625 to 595 and it's still too high for the area, so in my own backhanded way I talked the owner into dropping it to 495, which'll get it rented very, very quick. Thank God. I don't even care about the bonus on it anymore, I just want to rent the fucker.

I need to buy a flask so I can go over to my friend's house and get myself some of that Bacardi Anejo I've been talking about so much. That shit is like liquor orgasm...well...morphine sulfate is more like liquid orgasm, but ya'll know what I'm driving at.

I finally slept on my bed last night. For some reason I've been sleeping on the floor a lot lately, and it's started to brush my hips.

I need to go buy a weed eater and make some money. Fucking hell, I'm going to spend $125 or so on the weed eater and only get paid $150 for the job, but it all works out I suppose.
