I just heard a rather distressing rumor that someone was remaking Aliens with Dakota Fanning and Tom Cruise. Why does Hollywood remake films that were perfectly made the first time around? Huh? WHY? Whats next? The UK is going to commission someone to repaint the Mona fucking Lisa so they can get rid of the old one??
Yeah, so my no more smoking cigarettes and drinking booze last all of three hours after I woke up today. God do I love wine. Red wine. Used to hate it, with a passion, but now I love it as if it were the nectar of the Gods.
Once Im up in the Seattle area for a while, I think Im going to buy me a Contour SVT (SVT = Special Vehicle Team = the cool people at Ford who like to make cars and trucks go REALLY fast). My buddy was going to sell me his when it looked like he was going to be stationed in Italy but, alas, it never happened. I went 150mph in his car. Jesus, that was scary fast. Just consider it's a four door sedan that can do 150mph and you have an idea how cool these cars are. When they were still being made, they were called the Poor Man's BMW M3, because they have a very European look, but if you ask me the Contour SVT looks even cooler, and has nicer shit on the inside (it's all leather and stuff). Plus, you know, they're faster then the M3. Hehehehehe.
