God our city counsel is fucking stupid. So, half of them are guilty of taking bribes, and quite a few of those are in jail, or en route, and what's the city counsel's biggest worry at the moment? Attacking strip clubs and requiring strippers to wear IDs and abolishing lap dances.
On top of that, our county's Child Protective Services is currently in, and has been for YEARS, in crisis mode, and the biggest fucking concern our city government has is STRIP CLUBS!?!?!?!?!?
Mother fucker our political system here in the States is terrifyingly stupid and petty and idiotic! If I had the money I'd run for city government just so I wouldn't feel the tiniest bit responsible for the idiocy that takes place here (cause at least then I'd be doing everything I could to stop these assholes from trying to win votes instead of FIXING THIS CITY!)
