Whoa-ho-HO!!!
I have an EXTREMELY pissed off "ex" on my hands right now.
Apparently we are not, in fact, broken up. Apparently what I considered to be our break up was not, in fact, a break up. Apparently I AM a fucking inconsiderate asshole (been called THAT a few times before...it's beginning to lack originality
).
Either way, check my last journal entry for the whole story. It's rather boring.
So I'm listening to my Manson album (whichever one has the "beautiful people" on it). Came to the song that reminds me of this EVIL nutmeg trip I had this time of year god knows how many years ago.
I'd heard that you could trip on fresh nutmeg, so I got some and ground it up and choked it down (the single most FOUL tasting shit ever...sure it's nice on egg nog, but eat a fistful and see if you'll ever so much as smell that shit again without getting queasy). I put on my head phones and this CD and laid under the Christmas tree and waited and waited and waited and waited and....suddenly I positive the Devil was creeping up behind me. I had never been so positive about anything in my life or since.
I COMPLETELY freaked out and spun around to look down the darkened hallway and saw two glowing red eyes. Well, sixteen year olds aren't supposed to have heart attacks, but I fucking did. I literally pissed my pants (just a few squirts - I was so scared that's all my tensed muscles would allow). I can't begin to describe this most absolute of terrors.
Well, very long story short, I realized that it was just two lights from the tree reflecting off of a piece of glass on the wall.
The night went downhill from there.
I tried nutmeg again, MANY months later, with similar results and now strongly advise against it. Drink Draino for a high before you try nutmeg. I have yet to meet anyone who ever had a good nutmeg trip (keep in mind I've taken hundreds of hits of acid and never once had an even remotely bad trip - this is counting the last time I took it - I had just found out I had a heart problem, a serious one, and took a hit that night and...well, another very long story short, I had a long conversation with Jesus and God and went to be positive I would not wake up...there existed no doubt in my mind that I was not going to wake up the next morning, and I even wept for my father...oddly enough, even that wasn't a "bad" trip...I remember thinking how lucky I was to die A) on my own terms, and B) feeling so good).
