I have this serious crush on one of my tenants. She's this hot little ghetto chica with all kinds of piercings and shit. She's the kind of chick that carries an ice pick. God why do I love the ghetto girls so much? She's real cool, too, but I just can't be more then friends with her. Somehow I find it very unprofessional to date someone who rents a house from me, even if everyone else says it's perfectly acceptable. Or maybe it's cause the rest of her family rents places from me too, and one of them is my worst tenant (i.e. I'll probably have to evict that person in the near future...and already should have but didn't because I didn't feel like going through all the paperwork).
I'm catching up with work. Have a ton of maintenance stuff to do. I forgot to get to work on a place that needs to be ready by January, and it's a month long job. Uh-oh! Lol, oh well, I'll just have to bust ass. Should probably drive out there tonight and take a good look at it to get a handle on where to start. Hope I don't put it off any longer (have had the contract for six months now, but it's an open-ended one, so as long as it's done by the first I'm golden).
Well, will write more later. Have some phone calls to return and paperwork to finalize. Also, I started reading The Hobbit again and can't put it down!
