Now, I dispise George W. Bush, but I, like most people, don't like watching people put their foot into their mouths. It's only the beginning of the debate, but Bush hasn't put a single new thing on the table - he just keeps stammering and repeating the exact same things he's said every time there was a camera on him during the last six months.
Lol, I was watching Jimmy Kimmel (??) on tv last night, on his talk show and he said something like this that made me laugh my ass off so loud the neighbors banged on the floor;
"So where is our President? He's not in the White House. Hasn't been for a long time. I'm beginning to think we don't need the President at all! We still get pay checks, the traffic lights work, the lawn still get's mowed....maybe we shouldn't vote at all! For anyone! Who needs a President!?"
Well, that is an extraordinarily poor paraphrase, but it went much like that.
One of my greatest political fears of all time is getting ready to happen; Presidents elected through the courts! Both sides of this race are gearing up hundreds of lawyers, filling dozens upon dozens of preemptive lawsuits, to make sure their candidate wins. Dear God, this is the greatest Atrocity of the 20th Century.
I'm going to post an HST quote comparing Bush to Nixon, and how Bush makes Nixon look like a fucking liberal. The sad thing is, his facts are on the ball.

whoa, ho, ho! kerry stomped all over bush. i'll concede that bush definitely had his moments, but kerry was all over him like a priest on an alter boy! kerry almost did it several times, but he should have just let go and said "you're lying" to bush - as bush so obviously was. before this, i was only going to vote for kerry because he wasn't bush. now i'm going to vote for Kerry because he is Kerry - he's won me over. that was truly a Command Performance.
