Well looking after my nephew was fun as always, excpet for the fact that he now likes watching Barney! He only has the one video so we keep having to watch this giggling monster over and over again. Barney has no soul and those children he hangs around with are dead eyed zombie brats from the very depths of hell itself! On the other hand he does like to watch Bob the Builder which is quite good.

Do you ever feel that there are to many books, albums, films, works of art that you should read/listern/watch and admire but havn't yet? You know really obvious stuff that given your interests you should know but don't. I always feel like this, there just isn't enough time, money or opportunity in the world.

Oh I know, I felt bad for them, but Hanoi Rocks were so trashed the whole gig was a farce and it was truly funny smile It was still hilarious seeing the technicians sidestage shaking their heads and looking incredibly unimpressed as the singer (forget his name, but he looks like an anorexic Goldie Hawn) pulled out yet another cable, and knocked over yet another stand...

that quote thing you posted rang true though, that was almost exactly the point i was trying to describe! it's always reassuring to find out that you're not alone in thinking stuff so even if it wasn't an answer per se, it was a more complete explanation of my thoughts - and the fact that you thought of that when reading my entry shows i was making some sense at least! hurrah! and thanks!

i OFTEN feel that there are too many things i should have experienced that i haven't, but i don't assume that i won't. i feel like there isn't enough money but there is always time and opportunity - you have a lifetime ahead of you! and people always tend to turn up and force these awakenings on you anyway!
