Hopefully problem is fixed, turns out it wasn't Ma Bells fault. Apparentky there is a bug in the Cisco IOS. If the service is set to ping the IP address befroe it hands it out it will crash if it recieves more than 50 request becasue there are only 50 sockets allocated to the service. Turned the service off and the problem went away.

Today was free cone day at Ben & Jerry's. You gotta respect that, you can go through the line as many times as you like. And during the course of the day they take donations for a charity instead of tips.
More companies should follow this lead, you don't ever see McDonalds offering up free cheeseburgers in exchange for for charitable donations.
