3. impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent User's affiliation with a person or entity;
4. forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Site;
5. Transmit any Content that User does not have a right to Transmit, whether or not under any law, rule or regulation, or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;
6. Transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
7. Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes" or any other form of solicitation;
8. Transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
9. interfere with or disrupt the Site or SuicideGirls or servers or networks connected to the Site or SuicideGirls, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Site or SuicideGirls, or violate any terms contained in the TOS;
10. "stalk" or otherwise harass another; or
11. collect or store personal data about Users other than User.

I'm just really, truly, confounded by your aura of self importance that would make you think that everyone on SG would be interested in anything you have to say.
The things you're suggesting are insane, and really not all that possible.
As Ta2dMom said above - I'm also floored by how you think that you matter that much that anyone on this site would go through THAT much trouble to harass and stalk you as you're claiming.
Pretty heavy handed.
However, going through your personal website, I'm also wondering if this is some kind of writing project..who knows. Either way, I think that these accusations are ludicrious and really heavy handed. I would suggest actually seeking help if you believe all of these things.
Also - if you know who is harassing you - why haven't you reported them to the site Admin so they can be dealt with?
