Internet addiction

I think I'm developing an internet addiction. I"m averaging several hours a day now. Its not just Suicde Girl but its numerous other web sites like MySpace.com, Craigs List, Amazon.com, sites related to television show Lost and several personals web sites. Its interfering with my other pleasures in life (e.g. -reading and watching movies). There are times I'll be up until one or two o'clock in the morning reading message boards and messaging back to groups. Has anyone else experienced this problem. Please help me, I can't help myself..........ahhhhhhhhhhhh

well, my happiest time like that I was still in the army... so morning sex at least once around 5am before PT, then lunch hour, then off work at 6pm (or 8pm if i had college that night), usually once when i got home and than a couple more times if things where feeling like it... plus sometimes middle of the night sex...

i don't really watch tv, so.
